When an oil company was sourcing parts from around the world that meant travelling to various countries to inspect the kit.

Although the oil rig was destined for a middle eastern country the specification demanded British standards. In addition  the client’s own company standards had to be satisfied. These were things we could check in the one visit. The result was that the certified components of the rig were cleared for assembly as soon as they arrived on site, meaning one less problem for the construction crew.
